Your student's return home for the winter break after a most unusual fall semester may be fraught with excitement, anticipation, and many worries and challenges. Students on campus who have experienced greater independence and autonomy may experience challenges readjusting to family rules and structure back at home. Excited parents welcoming the student back may be surprised to witness any changes in their student that have occurred over the past few months. The Counseling Center and CARE will offer strategies and tips to help you and your student navigate their return home. They will also share resources to promote health and well-being and balance as your student prepares to return to campus for the spring semester.
