Advice for Parents:
Be assured that your student will adapt and succeed, even if the initial transition feels challenging. Moving from Puerto Rico to Georgia Tech required me to go through a significant cultural and language shift alongside rigorous academics. Although it was a difficult transition, I learned to advocate for myself and thrive, and so will your student! You can feel confident knowing they are in excellent hands, as Georgia Tech provides extensive campus resources to support them every step of the way. Go Jackets!
